CEO's Message

We have come a long way from our humble beginning as a small manufacturer of alkyd resins in the early 80`s to currently being one of the leading chemical manufacturing company in Pakistan. Our journey has not been painless and every obstacle has taught us a lesson to further improve upon our capabilities. Our achievements are a result of the strict adherence to our core values of Trust, Integrity, Loyalty, Commitment and Innovation.

Our success is the result of the efforts of our dedicated management team where all employees are engaged day in and out in converting our dreams and vision into reality.

We at Descon believe in a customer driven approach. We recognize the expectations of our markets and are well aware of the fact that our success is mainly dependent on our ability to support our customers. We are currently manufacturing over 200 quality products for our valued customers in the paints & coatings, textile, paper & board, FRP, printing/ packaging, printing inks and adhesive industries.

The coming years are going to be truly exciting for us where we will continue to develop and acquire new technologies from around the world to produce quality products.

Training and development of our employees and improving our system is an ongoing process which will enable us to better serve our customers.

We believe in corporate governance, which is fully integrated in our corporate culture. We use best practices from around the globe to benefit our employees, stake holders and society.
